Click on the + (plus) button to create a new list.

Enter a name for the Special Price List and assign the appropriate currency.

Click Save to finalize the creation. The list is now available in your catalog.

Step 2: Assigning Prices to Products

Go to the 📦Products section in the left-hand menu.

Select the product you want to assign a special price to and click on Manage Special Price Lists to open the pricing window.

Enter the desired price for this product within the selected Special Price List.

There are no restrictions on how many products or retailers can be linked to a Special Price List—you can add as many as needed. You can also create multiple Special Price Lists to fit different pricing strategies.

Step 3: Assigning Retailers to a Special Price List

Go to the 👤Users section and select Retailers.

Find and select the retailer you want to assign to a Special Price List.

Click on Special Price List, and a dropdown menu will appear.

Choose the Special Price List you created in Step 1.

Click Save to complete the process.

Example Scenario

In the example above, Retailer Mages is now assigned to a Special Price List, and the price the customers see when placing their order will differ depending on whether they are connected to pricelist 1, 2, or 3.
