Where to Set Up the Integration
Turis handles the integration setup for you at no cost. This is a standard integration available to all Turis users, meaning there is no need for complex technical configurations on your end. Once the necessary details are provided, Turis will complete the integration setup.
What Do You Need?
To use the integration, you need to have an active Shipmondo account. If you don’t already have one, you can create an account on the Shipmondo website. This account will serve as the link between Turis and Shipmondo, allowing orders to be transferred seamlessly.
What Information Does Turis Need from You?
To set up the integration, Turis requires the following details:
API Access: User and Key (found in Shipmondo under Settings > API, then click on Access). This allows Turis to securely connect to your Shipmondo account and send order data.

Template ID(s): Located under Shipments > Templates in your Shipmondo account. These templates define which Shipment template should be assigned to B2B orders. To find the Id you must open the template of the prvider you wish to use.
Sender Information: Your company’s shipping details, which will be used as the sender information for your shipments. This includes:
- Company name
- Attention (Att.)
- VAT number
- Address
- City
- Zip code
- Country
- Phone number

Trigger Settings: Decide whether the integration should run automatically or via a manual trigger.
What is a Trigger?
A trigger is an event that activates the integration. For example, when an order is created in Turis, it triggers the system to send the relevant data to Shipmondo automatically. You need to decide if orders should be triggered automatically to Shipmondo or if you prefer to trigger them manually.
To trigger an order manually in Turis, simply go to the order and select the chosen status in the field "Order Status," then click "Save." This will push the order to Shipmondo.
What Can the Integration Do?
The integration allows Turis to push orders directly to Shipmondo, automating the shipping process. The following data is sent:
- Order Number (includes a "B2B" prefix for easy identification, helping you differentiate B2B orders from other shipments)
- Receiver Information (ensuring that the shipment is sent to the correct customer address)
- Total Order Amount (so you have a record of the order’s value in Shipmondo)
- Order Time and Date (for tracking and order management purposes)
- Items and Their Quantities (helping ensure accurate picking and packing of orders)
- Order Notes (any special instructions or details that need to be considered during fulfillment)
This automation reduces the time spent manually inputting order details and minimizes errors, improving overall efficiency.
Where to Find Orders in Shipmondo
Once the integration is set up, new orders will automatically appear in Shipmondo under:
Order Management > Orders
