Integrating Turis with Shopify Stock

Introduction to Shopify Integration

Shopify is a leading e-commerce platform that allows businesses to manage their online stores efficiently. By integrating Shopify with Turis, you can ensure that your inventory stays synchronized between both platforms. This two-way integration allows for automatic stock updates, ensuring that product availability remains accurate across your sales channels.

Step 1: Provide Your Shopify Account Name

To set up the integration, we need your Shopify account name. Your account name is part of your Shopify store URL and follows this format:

company.myshopify.com

  • How to find your Shopify account name:
Your store name is located in your Shopify URL β€” it appears after https:// and before .myshopify.com.
    • Example: If your URL is https://beststore.myshopify.com, then your account name is beststore.
    • Do include "myshopify.com" in the name.

Once you provide us with your Shopify account name, we will send you a link that you will use to activate the integration.

Step 2: Activate the Integration

Once you receive the installation link, follow these steps to complete the setup:

Click the installation link (The link will be sent to you directly).

  • Please note: The link will only be active for 7 days.

Select your default inventory location

  • If you have multiple warehouse locations in Shopify, choose which one should be used for synchronization.

Enable 2-Way Integration

  • Select 2-way integration, which ensures that inventory levels in Turis and Shopify stay in sync at all times.
  • Any inventory changes in Shopify will update Turis, and vice versa.

Click β€˜Save’

  • When you click Save, all inventory values from Shopify will be transferred to Turis using the SKU codes.
  • From this point forward, stock updates in either Shopify or Turis will automatically reflect in the other system.

Next Steps

After completing the setup, your Shopify and Turis inventory will be fully synchronized. Any changes in stock levels on one platform will update in real time on the other.
