Image zip file when placing orders
Your retailers can receive a zip file containing images of the products they have ordered. This eliminates the need for them to search for the right images in your Image & Content bank, making the ordering process smoother and more efficient.
Where to Find This Feature
There are two different settings available to ensure your buyers receive a zip file when placing an order. To activate this feature, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Notifications.
- Select the Buyers tab at the top.
Here, you will find two settings under buyer notifications.
What’s the Difference Between the Two Options?
- Send image and content download link to buyers: This option includes a download link in the buyer’s order confirmation email, allowing them to download all images.
- Send separate email with image download link to buyers: This option sends a separate email with a download link containing all the images.
What Does It Look Like for Buyers?
Option 1: Send Image and Content Download Link to Buyers
When a buyer places an order, their order confirmation email will include a button labeled Download images for ordered products. Clicking this button takes them to a page where they can download a .zip folder containing the images.
Option 2: Send Separate Email with Image Download Link to Buyers
For this option, both settings must be enabled. When a buyer places an order, they will receive two emails:
- The order confirmation email
- A separate email containing the image download link

If you prefer not to enable these settings for all retailers but still want the option to send product images upon request, you can do so manually.
On the Order page, you will find a button next to Add Tag and Download order PDF. Clicking this button allows you to download a file with all images related to that specific order, making it easy to share with buyers as needed.
